Introduction

Welcome to our collection of downloadable record albums.  Each one is encoded to archive quality (320kbps) MP3 format.  These are direct transfers from original VG+ to near mint vinyl records which are scrubbed with a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine just prior to recording through a studio quality Echo Digital Audio soundcard.  We do not use any noise reduction software but do manually remove any large clicks and pops.  The audio files are tagged with artist, track title and label number.  A zip file is created which includes a high resolution image (JPEG) of the album cover.  Only the front of the album cover is provided unless the title is marked with this symbol ().  Due to the large number of records we offer, a nominal fee is charged for each download.  This variable fee is based on the length of the album.

Getting Started

Browse through our collection, which is divided into the categories below.  You will notice each album has an item number.  Make a note of any item number(s) you wish to download.  Clicking the Download Album link will take you to the login page where first time users will need to register.  Click the signup here link and make your album selections.  Albums are sorted by item number.  By holding down the CTRL key, you can make multiple selections.  Then choose a username and password, make your payment with Paypal and you will be granted access to the zip file(s).  Please note that Paypal eChecks require a few days to clear and will cause a delay in accessing your downloads.  Once you are registered, login to view your active downloads and payment history.

Things You Should Know

- Once you order an album, you have 24 hours to download it.  E-mail us if you experience any problems.

- Sample audio files are encoded at a low bitrate.  With headphones, compare sample quality vs. download quality.
